Thursday: Warm Up with Trivia & Trad!
Kick off your festival weekend with the DAM at Dingle: Animation Table Quiz at The Bridge House (7:30pm – 10pm), guaranteed to test your animation knowledge and your ability to come up with ridiculous team names.. Think you know your animation inside out? Can you name every sidekick in Disney history? Spot a character just from their silhouette? Time to put your knowledge to the test! Gather your team, grab a drink, and get ready for an evening of friendly competition.
Then, keep the good times rolling with live traditional music at Bridge House, a proper Dingle welcome that’ll have your toes tapping and your spirits soaring!
Friday: Big Laughs & Even Bigger Beats!
Friday brings the glitz and giggles as the RTÉjr Awards take center stage, hosted by the ever-brilliant Sharon Mannion! Get ready for laughs, surprises, and plenty of feel-good moments as we celebrate emerging animation talent.
Then, it’s time to turn things up a notch at the Animation Dingle Awards Afterparty at the Dingle Skellig Hotel (10pm – late)! With three DJs lined up, the dance floor is calling your name. Whether you’re a pro at throwing shapes or just looking to awkwardly shuffle in the corner, there’s a spot for everyone.
🎧 BloodVeil – A Dublin-based DJ with a love for dark, gritty techno. Expect EBM, industrial, and deep beats that’ll keep you moving.
🎧 RED40 – Bringing a mix of global influences, this Korean-Irish DJ jumps between genres to create an electrifying, unpredictable set.
🎧 IZZEE – One of Cork’s freshest talents, serving up groovy, hard-hitting techno that’ll have you dancing into the night.
📸 Bonus fun: Step into the 360° Film Booth and capture your best slow-mo twirls and epic dance moves. The memories (and hilarious footage) will last long after the festival ends!
Saturday: Closing Night, Big Energy!
All good things must come to an end – but not before one last, epic night! The Closing Party kicks off at 8pm at Bridge House, featuring not one but two incredible live bands:
🎸 Pete Fagan – A true showman, Pete blends rock, folk, and blues for a high-energy performance that never fails to get the crowd singing along.
🎸 The Rising – A band that knows how to bring the house down with their dynamic mix of pop-rock anthems and crowd-pleasing hits.
And just when you think you’ve danced your heart out, DJ Caolan Ryan takes over to close the festival with a bang! Fresh from SIAR 2025 and a whirlwind year playing Ministry of Sound, supporting Jonas Blue, and going B2B with Grammy-winning artist Fred Again, Caolan will be spinning the best in Tech House, Garage, and dancefloor bangers.
