Louise Bucknole

Louise is General Manager Kids & Family, Paramount UK & Ireland, for Nickelodeon and Milkshake! Channel 5 with over twenty-five years’ creative leadership experience as a Children’s Content Strategist, Commissioner and Executive Producer on free to air and pay services  As the Kids & Family brand lead in UK & Ireland, she is responsible for all editorial and content strategy, financial and operational aspects of Kids & Family including commissions, acquisitions, programming, VOD, on-air studio, production and commercial activations on all platforms including the Nickelodeon network, Paramount + and Milkshake! on Channel 5 and My5.  Prior to joining Paramount, Louise worked in editorial leadership, commissioning and production roles at BBC Children’s, Children’s ITV and Disney Channels, is a member of BAFTA and RTS, and sits on the BAFTA Children’s Committee, Children’s Media Conference Advisory Committee, Nickelodeon International Programming Council, formerly on the ScreenSkills Children’s Council and is a registered children’s entertainment chaperone.
